Strategic Planning

Together, we have led over 46 Strategic Planning projects to develop actionable strategic plans for clients across a diverse range of sectors and industries. Developing a strategic plan, is an organization’s roadmap to transformation and success. Planning and strategy provide direction and map out the steps an organization must take to address their most pressing risks, issues, and opportunities and enhance effectiveness and efficiency to improve stakeholder outcomes, thus creating value for the people they serve. Compelling plans and strategy unite the organization behind a shared vision and goals, inspire minds and shape the organizational culture for the future.

Change Leadership

With the implementation of plans, comes significant cultural and individual change. We prepare clients to navigate large-scale change and cultural development. Using a variety of tools, such as our Culture Imprint and Change Management Model, we help clients implement solutions that will ensure they achieve breakthrough value for their clients. In addition, our unique training programs prepare leaders to overcome the barriers to change and engage, empower, and release the potential of their employees.

Who we are

Anne Becker, MBA, Founder and Principal Consultant

Anne has been a leader in the field of Leadership, Strategy and Organizational Transformation for many years. Anne’s work is centred around supporting leaders in creating sustained and successful organizational transformation and gaining new insights into strategy, culture and behaviour to help the client successfully lead. Anne works with CEOs, Executive Directors and senior teams to employ diagnostic methods and tools to all facets of organizational capacity and performance and to implement strategies that will drive desired results.

Anne’s broad experiences and passion for leadership, change management, quality, and strategy, provide Anne with an advantage when helping her clients achieve their goals. And her dynamic style and positive energy engage clients, employees and stakeholders in the process, producing distinctive and lasting results. As a consultant, Anne works as a strategist, facilitator, advisor, coach and executor.

Liz Gray, HBA/Masters in Digital Experience Innovation, Consultant

Liz brings a diverse range of skills and experiences along with her ability to collaborate and think innovatively to all of her consulting projects. She thrives on analyzing the challenges organizations face in a complex and ever-changing world and harnessing the power of strategy and digital technology to rethink how an organization works and delivers value for its stakeholders.

Liz is a proven teacher, facilitator and engager and enjoys leading think tanks, focus groups and community conversations to get to the heart of what stakeholders need and value and to build solutions that make a difference. She has particular passion for building an organization’s capacity and capabilities, ready to translate strategy into action and impact.

Lynsey is a passionate positive professional dedicated to making a difference in the lives of others and helping our clients in new and positive ways to make sustainable change happen. She has been a leader in healthcare and professional education for over 10 years.
